These terms cover your use of the Co-parenting Google Calendar add-on.
Use
The add-on is for personal, non-commercial use by parents organising the care of their own children.
Your data
The calendar and everything in it remain your own Google data. The add-on works on it under your Google account. What it reads and stores is described in the privacy policy.
No warranty
The add-on is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. It can contain errors, and Google Calendar, Apps Script and email delivery can fail or run late.
No liability
The developer is not liable for missed handovers, wrong dates, tally errors, calendar errors, undelivered invitations or reminders, or any loss that follows from them. The tally records what was typed. It has no legal force and does not replace a court order or a written agreement between parents.
This does not limit liability that German law does not allow to be limited.
Changes and stopping
The add-on may change or stop at any time. You can stop using it at any time by uninstalling it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Germany.
